Sharing Opportunities:
Children’s Program We are seeking 9 people to help with our children’s internship program . The 2nd Sunday of each month the children will serve with our ushers, greeters, readers, choir and in other ways during worship. We need 9 persons to offer a 3-5 minute homily on a topic such as the color of the paraments, the Paschal candle, the communion ware, a lesson from the scriptures. Assistance will be provided to develop the homily. The commitment is for 1 Sunday between September and May. Is God calling you to give of your gift to our children?
Betty Lou’s Pantry: HELP NEEDED for our service dates- Shoppers, lifters and other helpers are needed to serve the members of our community that use the Pantry. May 2025 is our service month. Food Needs: Tuna and Hamburger Helper, Cereal and Spaghetti sauce.
Samaritan Fund: Financial donations help those in our community with short term assistance for gas, food and temporary shelter. June is Samaritan Fund month Please consider donating to this need.
Blood Donations: Donate blood all year to help save lives in our community.
Blue Church Quilters: Fabric donations for children’s quilts – 100% cotton, minimum 1 yard;
