This Month’s Ministry Focus
During the month of December St. Paul’s is lifting up the Spirit of Love made visible to us in the birth of the Christ child, Jesus our Lord. As we prepare our homes for Christmas, we also prepare our hearts to welcome this gift of grace given to us by God the Father. As we rush about in making our preparations, we recall the words of St Paul “Love is patient and kind…” (1 Cor 13:4) Will those you meet this month see God in you?
Spirit of Love: For the month of November
We reached out to our congregation and our community to share gently used and new coats for St. Luke’s Allentown Clothes Closet. We delivered 64 warm winter coats just as the cold weather arrived.
We supported two local ministries and 14 families and children with Christmas gifts and basic necessities including personal care items. We give thanks for the Spirit of Love shown by the members of our congregation to support those in need.
